The hard part isn’t shipping, it’s letting it be rough in public. I shipped my last tool half-broken and the first three users told me exactly what to fix. That was worth more than another week polishing alone. Shipping is just faster learning.

I think it really depends on the person; for many non-technical dreamers, the hard part historically has been shipping. I think that’s a big part of how AI changes things. Many people can ship software who could not before and experienced developers can ship more efficiently than ever.

That said, I agree that there can be a mental block that is important to overcome in terms of “just ship it” and putting your product out there so you can get feedback faster. It sounds like you have made some amazing progress there!
